BioI am on a crazy path to know myself and the world. I find out more about myself the more I bump into and connect with other people, both new friends and old. Change always scares the hell out of me, but here I am, in the midst of it with courage and compassion for myself. A bit about my life details.. I was born and raised in the East Bay. I love to laugh with friends, cry by myself, and find ways to be entertained. I have adorable kids, a dead dog and my health, I think. Music and good people have been keeping me sane these days. I don't know what my next step into the universe will be. I am open to marvelous inspiration though, just hoping to be ripe for it.
